In a phase when the German manufacturing industry is facing challenging times, Tebis Consulting, one of the few consulting firms specializing in this sector, is working hard to preserve it – in some cases even on a volunteer basis. As a mentor for the industry, Jens Lüdtke launched "Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau", a cooperative benchmark initiative, several years ago. What started with a pilot project and 20 companies is now a respected institution with roughly 80 member companies and 40 funding partners from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. The motto of the association: "Improving through industry knowledge. Working together to strengthen the German-speaking production area." This initiative has the goal of promoting the competitiveness and quality of member companies through a transfer of knowledge and data, thereby strengthening the German-speaking area as a manufacturing location.

In a time of complex challenges for the European economy and policy, Jens Lüdtke, committed to promoting the manufacturing industry, has received new recognition for his work. In early May, he was appointed as a Senator in the European Economic Senate during the Economic Talks in Going/Kitzbühel, an honor that underscores his many years of commitment and influence in the industry. This appointment is a proud moment for him and for us and provides a platform, together with experienced personalities, to make a significant contribution to the European economy and policy, setting the course for a prosperous future.
